Online Services Registration Form
To sign up for our Online Services please complete the form below and hand into reception.
Online Application Form (DOCX, 44KB)
We use systmonline for ordering repeat prescriptions online. Before you can use this service please contact reception to register for this service. If you have already registered and wish to login please access the service online.
If you are a user of our previous online ordering system (Emis) your user name and password may still be working, if you find it is not, please contact reception who would be happy to assist.
You can do this directly online. Just ask our receptionists for details of how to register for this services. We regret that prescriptions cannot be taken over the telephone. This is a stipulation we insist on to prevent dangerous mistakes in dosage. If you require long-term medicines your doctor will give you a computerised prescription with a printed list of medications for you to leave at reception when you require a new prescription.
Collection Times
Please allow two working days for collection of repeat medication from our dispensary (not open on Saturdays). Allow three working days for collection of repeat medication from Lloyds in Forest Row. Allow 48 hours for collection of the prescription form from reception. If you send a stamped addressed envelope the prescription will be posted to you.
Always allow ample time, be sure not to run out.
Dispensary
Our on-site dispensary can issue medication for many of our patients (not those living in Forest Row, Ashurst Wood and East Grinstead). Patients benefit by being able to collect their medicines promptly from the health centre or, if appropriate, having them delivered to their homes (Our dispensary offers a medication delivery service to deserving patients).
Questions about your prescription
If you have questions about your medicine or your prescription please contact the surgery.
