If you have any comment or complaint please write or ask to speak to the practice manager or a doctor who will be happy to listen and help solve the problem.
If you have a complaint about a GP, Dentist, Pharmacy or Optician that can’t be resolved locally with the practice, you need to contact the Integrated Care Board (ICB) at:
