Our practice records indicate that some of our patients are indeed smokers and we know that this carries health issues that could be significantly improved if you could stop smoking.
If you are no longer a smoker, please let us know next time you are in the practice and we can update our records.
Do you want to give up smoking? Have you been thinking about quitting? If so, do you know that at your local surgery you can get access to your local stop smoking service who have a proven track record in helping people to stop smoking and stay stop.
