Appointments are available to book in advance whilst also offering appointments bookable on the day, this greatly assists patients who are acutely unwell and seek an urgent appointment. The split between pre-bookable and book on the day appointments are constantly analysed and reviewed in line with patient demand and will be tweaked accordingly.
