Eligible residents able to seek free health checks in Wealden.

One You East Sussex with the support of Wealden District Council is delivering a further phase of the NHS health check roadshow.

Residents can book a slot for an NHS health check appointment between 14th April to 19th May by emailing: hello@oneyoueastsussex.org.uk or calling 01323 404600 (please check eligibility criteria first).
